Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code ('Privacy Code')

 

Registration on the VeniVerso.com Site, including the booking service, purchase, ticketing and other related information will involve the processing of personal data concerning you. Therefore, in compliance with the requirements of the EU Regulation 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (so-called "GDPR") and the Privacy Code, if and to the extent applicable, we hereby inform you that VeniVerso as Data Controller, will process your personal data under the following conditions.

 

1 - DATA CONTROLLER

The owner of the VeniVerso platform is Vincenzo Martino, vmartino@hotmail.it.

In case of purchase of tickets and/or services, further Data Controllers are the Organizer and possibly third parties connected to it.

We inform you that through the VeniVerso platform and the use of its functionalities and/or adherence to the services provided therein, personal data may be collected and processed for the purposes specified below

For the purposes indicated in this information notice, VeniVerso does not collect or process personal data relating to the Customer that the GDPR classifies as "special categories" (such as, purely by way of example, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of religious, philosophical or trade union associations or organisations, and personal data disclosing health) or data relating to criminal convictions and offences.

 

3 - PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We hereby inform you of the purposes of the collection, storage and processing of your personal data by the Data Controller:

 

3.1 VeniVerso that will process your data:

the registration on VeniVerso.com, which is necessary to use the services of the site, including any requests for assistance and submission of complaints;

the issuance of the ticket, based on the purchase contract (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) Reg. 2016/679), including administrative and accounting purposes, possible transmission also by e-mail of commercial invoices, etc;

marketing and promotional purposes, including the sending of newsletters, by automatic means, such as e-mail and SMS, as well as traditional means, such as telephone contact with an operator, all in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness and with the provisions of the law; this purpose concerns only users who have given their optional consent and the issuing of an access pass will be guaranteed even in the event of failure to give consent

3.2 Organiser and any third parties connected to it will process your data in order to

4 - LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING (ref. Art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679)

The data processing by VeniVerso takes place on the basis of the contract for the use of the services specified in the Purchase Agreement (ref. art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) Reg. 2016/679).

The processing of data by VeniVerso for the marketing activity referred to in point 3.1.b of this notice, will be carried out only in the event of positive consent (art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. a) Reg. 2016/679). This consent is optional, therefore, failure to consent will not prevent the provision of the services requested.

The processing by the Organiser and any third parties connected to it, and only in the case of the purchase of an admission ticket, is aimed at issuing the ticket itself and access and is carried out on the basis of the purchase contract (Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) Reg. 2016/679). Also included in this context is the service provided by Customer Care and, therefore, the processing of the user's personal data for the purpose of managing and sending replies to requests for assistance in relation to one or more of the services available.

In the event of further purposes of data processing by the Organiser and any third parties connected to it, these will be further specified during the purchase process by means of specific information.

 

Furthermore, the processing is carried out in compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6 letter c) GDPR) - for the fulfilment of obligations deriving from the law or from national and/or EU regulations, in force, in particular, in the field of taxation, as well as public security, and from provisions issued by competent authorities and bodies, including those relating to "secondary ticketing";

 

The processing may also take place on the basis of a legitimate interest of VeniVerso (art. 6 letter d) GDPR) consisting in the legal defence of a right or interest before any competent authority or body, including expressly for the purposes of credit recovery; to allow the direct offer by VeniVerso of similar products or services (so-called "soft spamming") to those object of the processing. soft spamming) to those that were the subject of a previous purchase, limited to the e-mail addresses you provided in the context of the purchase of a service through VeniVerso and unless you object to such processing for the organisational management of the purchased title or in any case of services accompanying the latter, such as, purely by way of example, to inform you of any cancellations or postponements of dates, how to access or participate, how to proceed to request reimbursement in the event of cancellation; for the survey of customer satisfaction on the quality of services rendered and the activity carried out by VeniVerso and the conduct of statistical analyses and market surveys on aggregate data;

 

5 - PROCESSING METHODS

Your data will be mainly processed by electronic means, in the manner and to the extent necessary to pursue the above purposes, in accordance with the principles set out in Article 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679. The data will be stored in electronic archives with full assurance of the appropriate security measures required by the New European Regulation 2016/679.

 

6 - DATA RETENTION

 

Personal data concerning you will be kept only for the time necessary to ensure the proper provision of the services offered by VeniVerso and, in particular, as specified below:

 

VeniVerso.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and general applications. Your data is stored by them on secure servers, protected by firewalls.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its suppliers.

 

Without prejudice to the foregoing, your data will be processed and stored for the maximum period of time provided for by applicable legal provisions regarding the prescription of rights and/or forfeiture of actions and, in general, for the exercise/defence of VeniVerso's rights in disputes brought by public authorities, public subjects/entities and private parties.

 

7 - COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Personal data are in any case communicated by VeniVerso for the purposes set out in point 3.2.a and possibly for the purposes set out in point 3.2.b of this policy.

The same data may be processed by data processors connected to VeniVerso, or by professionals and personnel who, for organisational and functional requirements, need to process them, as well as by any third parties involved, appointed as external data processors, as they are required to carry out the activities necessary to guarantee the provision of VeniVerso services. The processing will be limited to the sole purposes related to the provision of the services offered.

We may contact you to inform you about your account, to resolve problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll you through surveys or questionnaires, to send you updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary we may contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreements we may have with you. For this purpose, we may contact you by email, telephone, text message and regular mail.

The data may be disclosed to the Judicial Authorities where required, including for organisational and security purposes, as well as for checks required by applicable law. The data will not be disseminated.

 

8 - TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

 

Personal data collected through the VeniVerso.com site is not transferred outside the European Union.

 

9 - MINORS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE

VeniVersoTicket does not contain information or features or services directly intended for users under the age of 16. Minors should not give information or personal data without the consent of those exercising parental responsibility over them.

 

VeniVerso therefore invites all users who are under 16 years of age not to disclose their personal data under any circumstances without the prior consent of a parent or person exercising parental responsibility.
